Air Jordan 5 Low Lineage and Impact
As mentioned previously, the Air Jordan 5 Low would initially release in 2006’s White/University Blue-Team Red makeup and then once again in 2007 with the White/Black-Metallic Silver colorway. Both takes would be specifically catered towards women in sizing. It wouldn’t be until this year, 2016, in which the Jordan Brand would craft an Air Jordan 5 Low for men, as the Air Jordan 5 Retro Low “CNY” and “Alternate” will be available, along with other variations.
However, the amount of celebrities in the aforementioned silo has been few and far between as the most notable figures in the model has been the suddenly-iconic DJ Khaled and the MLB’s Dexter Fowler.
