If sneakers are art, then Todd Bratrud might be considered the Picasso of sneaker design. Bratrud is known for such masterpieces as the Nike SB Dunk Low “Freddy Krueger” and the Nike SB Dunk Hi “Cheech & Chong” (both shown below).
