The Lowdown: If you recall, His Airness debuted the “Lightning” Air Jordan 17 Low in the 2002 NBA All-Star Game. Months later, Jordan Brand released this shoe, along with two other Air Jordan 17s, specifically during the summer of 2002. This was the most limited of the three seeing that it released only at select urban accounts and online.
