| Toyota is one of the many major companies outside of the footwear industry to recognize sneakerheads as a large demographic.
Last year Toyota had a commercial that featured Greedy Genius shoes and this summer they had a 4 city tour of events promoting their new model, the Yaris, with the theme of Yaris vs. Yaris. At these events was a DJ vs. DJ battle, as well as a sneakerhead vs. sneakerhead battle. Our close friend Dez of Ism Apparel cooked up these custom Air Force Ones for the event. What is amazing is that these Air Force Ones were all whites, but were transformed into toy Yaris cars. Most important of all, Dez took home the prize for best in show with these custom Air Force Ones. More pics after the jump. |
