Among the most anticipated Jordan Brand collaborations in the first half of 2018 is Travis Scott‘s Air Jordan 4. On par with the hype surrounding January’s Levis x Air Jordan 4, Scott’s “Oilers” inspired pair has been widely previewed and subsequently discussed over the last month or so. Now, closing in on a reported summer release, official images of the shoe have surfaced.
The most important takeaway from this official reveal is that the “Nike Air” pairs floating around don’t match the retail version. That could means a couple of things. First starters, it could indicate that those pairs were indeed fake. Or potentially that “Nike Air” pairs were made for Travis and those close to him. The former, however, is more likely. The retail version comes finished with “Cactus Jack” and Jumpman branding, respectively.
Numerous reports pin the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 4 “Cactus Jack” for a June 23 release. Jordan Brand has not yet confirmed a release date. Stay tuned.
