Two titans of street culture are about to merge for a massive deal. Vans‘ parent company, VF Corp (who also owns Timberland), will add Dickies under its already massive belt for $820 million USD.
This merge is expected to boost VF Corp’s revenue by 3.5% in 2017 which translates over to $11.85 billion in annual earnings. By 2021, it is anticipated that the merge will supplement over a $1 Billion in revenue, according to our friends over at Hypebeast.
