The Vans Slip-On has been seen with a checkerboard pattern for decades now and most recently with a grade school look in the Crayola x Vans Collection. For this California release however, it will don a special leather woven construction.
Navy blue, brown and black stripes of leather come together on the forefoot of each shoe, with alternating blocks appearing thanks to the lateral-to-medial running strips showing their suede underside. The ankle and heel areas are all leather, however. All three sit on white vulcanized sole with matching accent stripes.
