Vault by Vans Taps Julian Klincewicz For a Bold Ni LX Trio

California footwear mainstay Vans has tapped artist Julian Klincewicz for a trio of bold Ni LX silhouettes.

The upcoming Julian Klincewicz x Vault by Vans Bold Ni LX will boast three different suede and goatskin colored outfits ranging from “Grey Ridge,” “Black Beauty,” and “Eden.” Known for teaming up with creatives across both the film and music world, including the likes of Kanye West and Acne Studios, Klincewicz uses the upcoming trio to explore compassion, community, and communication.

Inspired by the Latin prefix “COM” (meaning “together”), the collection celebrates three pillars Klincewicz believes are crucial to human connection. The three aforementioned words are spotlighted in gold on the tongues, while hand-sketched stars, hearts, and flowers are also strewn about. Lastly, the “COMPASSION,” “COMMUNITY,” and “COMMUNICATION” iterations include a silkscreened Ollie-pad on the lateral forefoot, custom heathered laces, and Vans Ultracush insoles stamped with the 24-year-old’s name.

Along with the collaboration, Vans has donated $10,000 USD to RAINN, the nation’s largest anti-sexual violence organization.
