Vans is the latest brand to join the current Barbiemania movement. In celebration of the Greta Gerwig-helmed Barbie film, starring Margot Robbie as the titular character and Ryan Gosling as Ken, which was released last Friday, Vans is releasing a collaborative collection alongside the beloved franchise.
The Vans x Barbie Collection comprises both apparel and footwear silhouettes, so Barbie fans of the 21st century can rock a full head-to-toe look. Each item boasts ‘90s-inspired prints and can be mixed and matched for that perfect outfit.
In terms of footwear, the Vans x Barbie Collection includes a Sk8-Hi Tapered Stackform, an Authentic Stackform in “Barbie Pink”, Style 93 DX in “Barbie White/Pink”, and Slide-On VR3Crush in “Barbie Trippy/Multi”. Each pair is rounded off with co-branding. For apparel and accessory items, the range includes crop tops, overalls, and even a mini backpack.
