Where to Buy Veja x Rick Owens Hiking Style

Veja and Rick Owens’ lauded collaboration is sadly coming to an epic end. To mark their fifth and final collaboration (the duo originally linked up back in 2019), the French sustainable footwear label and celebrated American fashion designer have decided to spotlight the Performance Runner Style and Hiking Style for the current Fall/Winter 2021 season.

Both silhouettes perfectly combine Owens’ signature aesthetic with Veja’s eco-conscious fabrication. The Hiking Style is made of 100% organic cotton then coated with P.U., corn starch, and ricinus oil, while the Performance Runner Style is made of 100% recycled polyester.

In terms of branding, Veja’s ubiquitous “V” logo is spotlighted on both the medial and lateral walls and has been crafted from 100% polyester, also obtained from recycled plastic bottles. Additionally, both models are fully sustainable and feature Veja’s signature Amazonian rubber.

The Hiking Style emphasizes coated canvas and sugarcane to provide the effect of leather and will be available in new colorways of “Black,” “Dust,” and “Honey.” On the other hand, the Performance Runner Style will arrive in shades of “Hunter,” “Carnelian,” “Black,” and “Pearl”.

The Veja x Rick Owens Hiking Style is available starting today via Veja.com and eBay, while the Veja x Rick Owens Performance Runner Style will become available to purchase at the end of November.
