During last night’s 60 Minutes Sports segment centered around sneakers and its many pro athlete collectors, New York Giants wideout Victor Cruz announced he has a signature sneaker with Nike coming this fall. The shoe will be dubbed the Nike Air Cruz.
A longtime sneakerhead and undoubtedly among the most fashionable players in the NFL, Cruz broke the news to 60 Minutes Sports correspondent Pam Oliver. Although sidelined much of last year due to injury, Cruz looks to be in line for a return next year where he will hopefully don the new Air Cruz in time for the start of the 2015 NFL season.
