Year after year, visvim remains one of the most desired Japanese brands in fashion. Founder Hiroki Nakamura has almost reached folk hero status where Americana style infused with a far east sensibility is concerned. Thus, it makes sense that the new iteration of his famed FBT is abbreviated with “folk” in its title.
The visvim FBT Tracker-Folk is a standout piece from the brand’s fall/winter 2017 footwear assortment. Swedish vegetable tanned leather marks the shoe’s upper while a natural crepe sole can be found beneath. The midtop moccasin is different while inherently the same, adding diversity to Nakamura’s cool weather collection through commonality. Expect this release in the weeks to come at visvim.
