Danish brand Wood Wood has partnered with Japan’s Onitsuka Tiger to design and release this pair of X-Caliber’s, a shoe that originally released in 1982. Like with other Onitsuka Tiger releases we’ve seen, this sneaker uses a clean suede and mesh base, paired with the standard arching lines logo design. Multiple shades of grey come together, and are set off with a bit of bright blue on both the tongue and inner sole. Near the heel, a subtle three leaf clover design in light grey contrasts over the dark grey suede. The clean color choices and subtle design cues may not jump at you like a lot of sneaker collaborations these days, but this simple color scheme works with the classic silhouette to make for a solid everyday look.
