Pre-ordering sneakers has been a move lately that has been more and more popular with how limited and scarce certain sneakers are and Zadeh Kicks was one of the more popular sites to grab a large amount of stock. Zadeh has moved millions of dollars worth of sneakers throughout the years and in a blink of an eye, his website was seized by the Circuit Court of Oregon in Lane County.
Zadeh has filed a petition to dissolve entity and moved all of his assets from the business account to his personal account, leaving buyers out of millions of dollars. It is still unknown if customers will be able to get their money back as social media has been aflame with screenshots and stories of thousands of dollars being held up due to the situation.
According to court documents, Zadeh is insolvent and unable to pay back millions owed and the Circuit Court of Lane County Oregon has appointed David P. Stapleton of the Los Angeles Stapleton Group after Zadeh Kicks requested the court to appoint one. Stapleton will be managing the assets and in charge of paying back the creditors. In the court filing, Zadeh Kicks states they are “unable to meet its debts as they become due in the ordinary course of business” and “requires to be dissolved”.
His website stated that Stapleton will give updates whenever they are available but is now shut down along with his social media accounts.
Whether or not Zadeh will face criminal charges is still unknown as well, but keep it locked to Nice Kicks for more information and updates as the story unfolds. Despite rumors, Zadeh has not filed for bankruptcy and no criminal charges have been filed at the time of writing this article. If you have been scammed by Zadeh, you can join the Zadeh Relief Group Discord and contact Matt Halfhill on Twitter if you have any more information. You can read the court documents below.
