Honorable Mention
Air Jordan 9 “Silver Anniversary”
Over the past couple of years, we have spotted way too many players rocking this shoe. We like when Arenas does the unthinkable instead of fitting in with the crowd.
Air Jordan 11 “Silver Anniversary”
Much like the “Silver Anniversary” Air Jordan 9, this shoe has been seen way too much since its spring 2010 release.
Nike Air CB34 Black/Glass Blue
Sometimes Arenas doesn’t even try to match and that’s okay (see “Toro Bravo” Air Jordan 5). However, Glass Blue and Royal have no business together. Still, it made our honorable mention list because it is a classic model.
Nike Air Max 2 CB 94
We think of Boston Celtics guard Nate Robinson when we see this sneaker in our Kicks On Court (not Gilbert Arenas). Throughout the past two seasons, Robinson has rocked this shoe consistently.
Air Jordan 6 “Oreo”
This is another one of those sneakers that has Nate Robinson’s prints all over it. The Celtics guard debuted these on court in March of 2010.? We’d rather see Arenas dig deep into that collection and pull something else out.
“Foamposite” Jordan 6 Rings
We’re fine with the “Dark Neon Royal” Nike Air Foamposite One. That is enough ‘foam’ for now.
Nike Air Max Penny I Black/Club Purple
The “Orlando” Nike Air Max Penny I colorway is good enough for us. Plus, club purple and royal is not a good combination.
Nike Air 3
We were more excited to see Arenas rock this shoe in college when they were called the Nike Air KG III.
Jordan CMFT Max Air 12 “Fresh Water”
As odd as it sounds, wouldn’t it be cooler to see Arenas rock the “Fresh Water” Griffeys on court?
Air Jordan 9 “Citrus”
He should have been playing for the Phoenix Suns in this game.
